Residential Drywall Installation ›Installation, repair, taping and popcorn ceiling removal for homes and commercial spaces. Drywall is the only trade we do, and we have done it here for more than twenty years.
We are a drywall specialist, not a general renovation company that fits drywall between kitchens and decks. Everything below is work we do every week.
Hanging board and finishing it to a paint-ready surface, for homes, additions, basements and commercial builds.
New builds, basement finishing, additions and garage conversions. Board hung, taped and finished to Level 4 or Level 5.
Residential Drywall Installation ›
Steel stud partitions, retail and office fit-outs, fire-rated and acoustic assemblies, worked around your trades and your schedule.
Commercial Drywall Installation ›
Taping, mudding and sanding to Level 3, 4 or 5. The half of the job everyone can see once the paint is on.
Drywall Taping & Finishing ›Holes, cracks, water damage and century-old lath and plaster, made good and blended so the repair disappears.
Doorknob holes, cracked seams, nail pops and impact damage patched and blended so you cannot find the repair afterward.
Drywall Repair ›
Stained ceilings, sagging board and flooded basements. Wet material out, cavity dried, new board in and finished.
Water Damage Drywall Repair ›
Lath and plaster in century homes fails differently than drywall. We repair it as plaster, not by patching it like board.
Plaster Repair ›
Original cornices and decorative plaster run, cast and matched to the existing profile rather than boxed over.
Plaster Crown Moulding Repair ›Popcorn and stipple removal, texture matching, and the ceiling holes left behind by light fixtures.
Stipple and popcorn texture removed, ceilings skimmed flat and left paint-ready. Asbestos testing first on pre-1990 texture.
Popcorn Ceiling Removal ›
Knockdown, orange peel, swirl and stipple matched across a patch so the repaired area reads as original.
Textured Ceiling & Wall Repairs ›
Recessed light holes plugged, mudded and textured out, including the ones left behind when a fixture layout changes.
Pot Light Hole Repair ›Soundproofing assemblies, insulation and vapour barrier, and exterior stucco patching.
Resilient channel, dense board, acoustic sealant and decoupled assemblies for shared walls, home offices and media rooms.
Drywall Soundproofing ›
Batt and blown insulation with vapour barrier detailed properly before the board goes on and hides it for good.
Drywall Insulation ›
Cracked, chipped and crumbling stucco patched back to the surrounding texture, with the lath behind it put right first.
Stucco Repair ›Hanging board is fast. Finishing it well is slow, and it is the only part anyone can see once the paint goes on. That is the part general renovators rush and the part we have spent two decades getting right.
Before we call a job finished we run work lights across every wall at a low angle. Raking light shows every ridge, every missed screw and every seam that needs one more pass. It is the difference between a wall that looks fine at handover and one that still looks fine in June when the afternoon sun comes through the window.

Vague pricing helps nobody. Our cost guide gives real Niagara numbers for installation per square foot, basement finishing, full homes, popcorn ceiling removal and repair work, plus what moves a quote up and down.
We measure, look at access and confirm what is already done. Usually about an hour on site, and the quote states the scope and the finish level.
Material delivered and distributed, layout planned to keep joints out of awkward spots, then everything hung and fastened to pattern.
Three coats with a full day of drying between each. This is the slow half, and rushing it is what causes cracked seams a year later.
Work lights across every wall at a low angle, last sanding pass, touch-ups, then we hand over a surface your painter can prime the same day.
