We group quotes geographically, so a booking in Fort Erie or West Lincoln may land a day or two later than one five minutes from the shop. It is never a reason for a higher price.
If you manage units across several towns, tell us up front. Pricing and scheduling them as one block is substantially cheaper than treating each as its own call-out.
No. There is no travel premium anywhere in Niagara. Distance affects scheduling rather than price: a Fort Erie or West Lincoln job may take a day or two longer to get a site visit booked, but the quote is the same as it would be in St. Catharines.
For larger projects, yes. Anything beyond Niagara is worth a conversation rather than an automatic no. Small repair jobs outside the region rarely make sense for either of us.
Usually within a day or two, and often the same week anywhere in the region. St. Catharines, Thorold and Niagara-on-the-Lake are quickest because they are closest to the shop.
Yes. Landlords, property managers and builders often have units spread across two or three towns. We price them together and schedule them as one block of work, which is meaningfully cheaper than separate call-outs.
Quotes are free, and small repairs carry a minimum call-out because setup and travel cost the same regardless of hole size. We tell you that figure before booking, not on the invoice.
Tell us what you are dealing with and roughly where in Niagara you are. For repairs, a photo is usually enough for a number without a site visit.
